Terms of Use & End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms & App Store Agreements

By downloading, installing, or using the OnsiteBIM mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") as well as Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple EULA for iOS users) and the Google Play Terms of Service (for Android users). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service & Free Tier

OnsiteBIM is an Augmented Reality (AR) spatial field instrument for construction sites, BIM managers, and engineers.

• Free Tier Features: Users may access standard AR visualization, sample 3D models, 3D tape measure, and up to 1 custom 3D model import per day and 3 AR field sessions per day at zero cost.
• OnsiteBIM Pro Subscriptions: Unlocks unlimited custom model imports (IFC, GLB, USDZ), unlimited AR field sessions, sub-centimeter Alignment Target auto-alignment, and seamless multi-device restoration across your Apple ID or Google Account.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms (OnsiteBIM Pro)

OnsiteBIM Pro offers auto-renewable subscription options ("Subscription") to unlock unlimited professional field features:

• Subscription Products & Pricing:
  • OnsiteBIM Pro Monthly: $14.99 USD per month (1 Month duration).
  • OnsiteBIM Pro Yearly: $149.99 USD per year (1 Year duration).
• 7-Day Free Trial: Subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial period. Payment will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours prior to the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid auto-renewing subscription at the selected plan rate ($14.99/mo or $149.99/yr).
• Billing & Account Renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (for iOS users) or Google Play Account (for Android users) at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing & Canceling Subscriptions: You can manage, modify, or cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time by going to your device settings (iOS Device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or Google Play Store > Subscriptions), or by tapping "Manage Subscription" inside the OnsiteBIM Paywall settings.
• Unused Trial Policy: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

4. Multi-Device Access & Field Use

OnsiteBIM Pro subscriptions unlock full access across all authorized devices (iOS and Android) logged into the same Apple ID or Google Account. You can easily restore your subscription on any authorized device using the "Restore Purchases" button in the app settings.

5. Jobsite Safety & Disclaimer of Liability

OnsiteBIM is designed as a spatial visual aid and field measurement instrument. AR visual overlays and measurements must be verified with primary survey controls and engineering drawings prior to critical structural execution or drilling. OnsiteBIM is not liable for structural field errors or improper jobsite usage.
