1. Zero External Data Collection & Local Storage

OnsiteBIM ("we", "our", or "us") does NOT collect, track, sell, or transmit any personal data, location data, analytics, or user 3D models. All BIM model parsing, AR surface mapping, coordinate calculations, and session quota evaluations occur 100% locally on your device.

2. Camera Access (ARKit & ARCore World Tracking)

OnsiteBIM requests access to your device camera strictly to perform Augmented Reality (Apple ARKit on iOS / Google ARCore on Android) surface mapping, spatial tracking, and visual tag alignment (Alignment Targets and QR codes).

• Camera video feeds are processed entirely on-device in real time.
• No camera images, video streams, or spatial mesh data are ever recorded, saved to disk, uploaded, or transmitted off your device.

3. Photo Library & Device Storage Access (Snapshot Capture)

OnsiteBIM requests permission to save items to your Photo Library (iOS) or device Media/Scoped Storage (Android) solely to allow you to save AR jobsite snapshots that you explicitly capture using the in-app snapshot button.

• OnsiteBIM cannot access, view, or read your existing photos or private device files.
• All snapshots are saved directly to your device's local photo gallery or media storage.

4. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Payment Processing

OnsiteBIM offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("OnsiteBIM Pro") for extended usage and features.

• Payment Processing: All subscriptions, payments, promotional trials, and offer code redemptions are processed directly through the Apple App Store (using Apple StoreKit 2 on iOS & iPadOS) or the Google Play Store (using Google Play Billing on Android).
• Financial Data Privacy: We do not collect, store, process, or have access to any of your financial information, credit card numbers, billing addresses, Apple ID, or Google Account details. Payment handling is governed entirely by Apple's Privacy Policy (for iOS users) and Google's Privacy Policy (for Android users).
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your iOS Device / App Store Account Settings or your Google Play Store Subscriptions Manager.

5. Offline Quota Enforcement & Secure On-Device Storage

To enforce daily free-tier limits (such as custom model imports and placement sessions) and hardware licensing without requiring external user account creation or server-side user tracking, OnsiteBIM utilizes encrypted local storage on your device:

• Operational timestamps, daily session counters, and local license state are stored securely using your platform's native hardware-backed security enclave: the iOS Keychain (on Apple devices) or Android KeyStore / EncryptedSharedPreferences (on Android devices).
• This information is strictly used on-device to enforce local anti-tamper daily quota logic.
• This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to external servers or shared with any third party.

6. Third-Party Services & Analytics

OnsiteBIM does not integrate any third-party analytics services, tracking SDKs, user telemetry frameworks, advertising networks, or data brokers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated effective date.
